Toaster Oven - Even heat

The family toaster oven. Toaster for heating kydexIf you are also using this for food, be sure to at least let your better half know you will be borrowing it, and then clean it out a bit afterwards. I have read that it isn't healthy to breathe the fumes from the kydex, but i've never noticed any. I do work in a drafty garage though, and you should be careful of this regardless. And obviously, don't forget about fire hazards, keep the toaster away from any fuel sources (paper, gasoline, you know.....)

Set to 350 degrees, this toaster will heat up any small pieces that fit inside in a couple minutes. It's important to watch the piece and notice when it begins to move, or curl so that you will know when it is cooked. Put on your gloves, take out the kydex and begin the race to form it before it cools! Most pieces will stand up for a second heating if necissary, but not if you left it in too long the first time.
